Agreement
These terms are between you and [Your company legal name] ("we", "us") for use of Scaffright ("the service"). By creating an account or paying for a subscription, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
The service
Scaffright is a cloud kiosk platform for workplace attendance, PPE tracking, and related features. We may update features from time to time. The service is provided on an"as available" basis except where the law requires otherwise.
Accounts & eligibility
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
- You must have authority to register your company and to upload employee/workforce data.
- One person must not abuse free trials or create duplicate accounts to avoid fees.
Subscriptions & billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- You may cancel from account settings; access typically continues until the end of the paid period.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing.
- We may change pricing with reasonable notice for future billing periods.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the service unlawfully or to harass, defame, or harm others
- Attempt to breach security or access another customer's data
- Reverse engineer or resell the service without permission
- Upload malicious code or overload our systems
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Your data
You retain ownership of data you enter. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for having appropriate notices and permissions for employee data you upload.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. To the extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profits, data, or business. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from settings. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms or non-payment. Provisions that should survive (e.g. liability limits, governing law) continue after termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights where applicable.
